Delete your account

You can delete your Tu Ropero account and all your data whenever you want. The quickest way is from the app itself; if you no longer have it installed, write to us.

From the app (iPhone and Android)

1. Open Tu Ropero and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon) and scroll down to Delete account.
3. Confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you're signed out on all your devices.

By email

Write to info@atalcazar.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Tu Ropero account". We delete it within 30 days at most and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your user (email, name and password) and your sessions.
• Your profiles, clothes, photos, locations, outfits, history, favorite brands and settings.
• If you were the only person in your household, the whole household too. If there were other members, the household and its data stay with them; only your things are deleted.

What is kept

• Records of purchases made on the App Store or Google Play, without personal data, for as long as tax regulations require.
• Pro purchases are not refunded when you delete your account; refunds are handled by the store where you bought (Apple or Google).
